%0 Journal Article %T 模拟水动力对湖泊生物群落演替的实验 %T Experimental Study on the Biological Community Succession Caused by Water Flow %A 陈伟民 %A 陈宇炜 %A 秦伯强 %A 高锡芸 %A 高光 %A 季江 %A 许秋瑾 %A CHEN,Weimin %A CHEN,Yuwei %A QIN,Boqiang %A GAO,Xiyun %A GAO,Guang %A JI,Jiang %A XU,Qiujing %J 湖泊科学 %J Journal of Lake Sciences %@ 1003-5427 %V 12 %N 4 %D 2000 %P 343-352 %K 模拟水动力;湖泊生物;演替;太湖 %K Stimulate experiment;plankton;succession;Taihu Lake %X 从静止状况到小水流、大水流的模拟水动力实验表明,水动力对湖泊生物群落演替起重要作用.藻类种类数以小水流时最高,其生物量也最高,这与NO3-/TDN比值相一致.由静止状态到大水流状态,藻类数量呈现递增趋势,这与相应的TDN/TN、TDP/TP呈递减趋势相呼应.浮游动物的种类、数量的变化较之浮游植物更明显,尤其是枝角类的变化更大.动力作用通过增加水体中悬浮质、降低透明度、改变水下光照条件及理化与生物过程释放营养物质,致使浮游植物、浮游动物群落结构、数量发生改变. %X The stimulate experiments show the water flow plays an important role in the succession of plankton community.The species number and biomass of algae under weak water flow (0.124m ·s-1)were highest in the experiments.This was coincided with the low ratio of NO3/TDN.The algae abundance was increased from the stationary state to the strong water flow (0.319m·s-1) state, the corresponding TDN/TN, TDP/TP were decreased at the same time.The photosynthetic rates from the stationary state to the strong water flow state were also decreased.The change of zooplanktonic species composition and abundance were larger than thatof phytoplankton.The change of cladoceran composition and abundance were ext remely strong.The change of species composition and abundance of phy to-zooplankton were influenced by water flow through the change of substance solids, transparency, light condition under water and the release of nutrients caused by physico-chemico-biololgical processing. %R 10.18307/2000.0408 %U http://www.jlakes.org/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
