| 依据建立的1471-1996年洞庭湖区洪涝灾害序列、有关水文气象资料和灾情资料等,运用多种分析方法,揭示出洞庭湖区洪涝灾害具有如下特征：发展的阶段性和区域性；发生的持续性、周期性和地区关联性；自相似性等.为洞庭湖区洪涝灾害评估预测、防灾减灾和经济建设提供了科学依据. |

| Abstract: |
| According to the time series of flood and waterlogged in Dongting Lake during 1471—1996,hydrological and meteorological data,as well as disastrous condition data.This paper revealed the characteristics of flood and waterogged in the region by use of several analytical methods. Such as the features of flood and waterogged development by stages and areal variation: the [eatures 0f successive occurrence, periodicaI occurrence and territoria1 com bination:the feature 0f self—similarity. The characteristics are provided scientific basis for disaster evaluation.disaster forecast,disaster protection,disaster reduction and economic construction in Dongting Lake region. |
