以太湖平原湖西区为例, 用聚类分析, 对圩区进行了分类。结合地形条件, 把圩分成3大类, 8小类。并对圩区致涝原因进行了分析。结果表明:雨量、水面率、田面高程、排涝能力、圩堤高度、地形等足致涝主要原因。结合产流原理, 设计三日不同降雨量, 引入一分级指标M, 对每一类圩的洪涝危险程度进行了分析计算, 得出每一类圩在不同设计雨量下的危险程度。主要结论是:圩区受涝, 更多的是人类活动的影响, 地形高处不一定比地形低处安全;抽排能力不足和水面率小是圩内致涝的主要原因。 |

Abstract: |
Based on cluster analysis,the polders in west Taihu Lake are-classified into eight types. Such key elements to cause flood-waterlogging as rainfall,water surface , elevation,dischange capacity, dyke,topography are analysized. An index M and three-day design rainfall are used to study the flood-waterlogging risk of every type of the polders. The main conclusion is 1.Neither all the high lands are softy and nor all the low lands are risky. 2. Human activities have great impacts on flood waterlogging. |
