太湖湖体综合治理对策的探讨

摘要:
太湖的污染治理已迫在眉睫,集水域内的污染源控制当然是根治太湖污染的首选措施。但要在短期内实现湖泊水质和生态环境的好转,单依靠外污染源控制是远远不够的,必须在湖内实施一系列行之有效的治理措施。本文从湖泊生态学方面分析了影响太湖生态系统恢复的内部障碍,主要针对蓝藻灾害、城市水源污染、局部性水质污染及生态环境恶化等关键问题,本着标本兼治、效果为先、综合治理的原则,提出了恢复沿岸带水生植被、收获控制蓝藻、建立五里湖水源保障体系、局部清淤、改造养殖结构等内部治理方案,以期有助于太湖治理工作。

Abstract:
It is an extremely urgent task to restore Taihu Lake from pollution and eutrophication.Control of external pollutant source is surely the most fundamental way, but it is far from enough to restore the lake in a few years.For such a reason, more efficient measures should be adopted in the lake.In this paper, the main factors to delay the restoration process were discussed on limnological bases.Blue-green algal bloom disaster, urban water source pollution, serious water and environmental pollution in some lake areas were taken as the main problems.Possible approaches of both long-term effect and forthwith effect to the restoration of the lake were suggested.
