摘要: |
为研究洪湖浮游植物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系,于2008年3月(枯水期)及7月(丰水期)在洪湖进行采样分析。两次采样共鉴定有浮游植物6门46属95种,细胞丰度变化范围为2.00×105-284×105 cells/L。硅藻为两个季节绝对优势门类,其次为绿藻及蓝藻;主要种属为直链藻、脆杆藻、栅藻等.丰水期与枯水期浮游植物群落结构季节差异较大;在枯水期由于硅藻对水温和光照较好的适应能力使其处于优势门类;丰水期由于其他藻类对营养盐的竞争及水体中硅含量充足使得绿藻等生长同时硅藻能继续保持优势地位。主成分分析表明在洪湖富营养化水平及水体中离子类型、水体中物质组成和污染程度是影响浮游植物生长的三类主要因素;典范对应分析结果表明浮游植物群落结构与水温、溶解氧及悬浮物浓度相关。 |

Sampling was carried out in March and July 2008 in order to study the strucaure of phytoplankton community and its re-lationship with environment factors in different seasons in Lake Honghu. Total 6 phylum, 46 genera and 95 species of phytoplank-ton were identifed. The phytoplankton abundance ranged from 2.00x105to284x 105cells/I.Bacillariophyta was the most abun-dance phylum, following as Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta. Fragilaria, Scenedesmus and Melosira were the dominant genera. of Al-gae community structure was different between dry seasons and wet seasons. Due to adaptability of low water temperature and lightintensity in dry seasons, diatoms were predominant phylum. Diatoms were also predominant phylum in wet seasons due to abundantSi in water. Principal Components Analysis(PCA) indicated that the kinds of ions and pollutants in the water body were the mostimportant environment factors in the lake. Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) illuminated water temperature, dissolve oxy-gen and suspended solids could he the main forces structuring the phytoplankton community in the Lake Honghu. |
