日前有读者举报,黄丰明等的论文“淡水磷监测中钼酸铵分光光度法的改进.湖泊科学,2016,28(6):1404-1410. DOI:10.18307/2016.0626”中的改进方法M2 创新性不足,该方法其实是美国公共卫生协会(APHA)《Standard methods for the examination of water and wastewater》中的测磷方法,所用到的880nm检测波长和试剂配方都一样,实验步骤也一样,算不上是改进,只能算是方法的比较. 不过,目前国家标准中没有采用这个方法,从修订国家标准的角度来说还是有积极意义的. 由于作者论文写作时引用回避了关键文献,对学术创新认识不足,涉嫌学术不端. 经《湖泊科学》编辑委员会讨论,决定对该论文作撤稿处理. |
